Hi,
Ok ...
What do we need on this piece of paper ?
PoJAM:
2.5 The mechanism for confirming the Parent's consent is something
that varies and is not covered by policy. The simple requirement here is
that the Assurer makes a reliable statement (CARS) that consent is
established, following these two declarations:
The Assurer's declaration (specifically referring to Assurance Policy
1.1 part 4 AP1.1):
This Assurance conducted according to Assurance Policy
The member's declaration:
I agree to the CCA
How he gets this ?
By a 2nd piece of paper -> Parental Consent Form:
What is the essential requirement here ?

I would miss one (IMHO) important point, that is that by joining CAcert
liability is accepted. Reading the text below as a non-techie parent I'd
probably first say "Ahh, no problem, of course I'll accept a free
beer..." and afterwards "why didn't you tell me that there's liability
included?"...
I admit, I'm a bad PR guy, I always prefer to tell people the potential
problems in advance instead of selling free beer. :-)
