There are no tools to assist the an Org Assuror to validate a domain or User
on the CAcert website.  It's all be done manually.  The need to create such
has been small at this point.  As there is a push to do more Org Assurance,
a tool as I describe below in #1 should be the minimum provided to the OA
Team.

It would be convenient and provide for consistent assurance in this part of
the process.
1. A tool (page) to lookup the applicant (would be similar to the Point
assigning web page used for assigning points to a User account but more
detailed):
    Enter Requestors default email address.
Displayed is the User account information.
        Name,
        DOB,
        Total Points,
        Registered email clients,
Registered domains (Wish-with domain expiration dates, all record
info),
All active certificates (with cert expiration dates.)

2. Domain name research report: this would be a WhoIs combined with a Dig or
nslookup report.  Anyone written code using resolver library?

> this tool may exist already (Philipp?)?
