hiya ted,

* I managed to get the following records into the database, don't
ask me what I did (probably trying to assure someone):
| 14 | 89 | CCA | 2009-07-04 21:24:48 | Active | called from 7
| 13 | 89 | CCA | 2009-07-04 21:24:38 | Active | called from 7
nope ... you added a new domain ... (7.php = add a domain to you account)
Ahh, looks like those were your tests, UserID 89 is your account, I just mixed up the ID's because the first account I did assure was yours... ;)
So I confirm, there seems to be no problem here.
And I now also checked all(?) the other occasions to accept the CCA (certificate issuning, adding domains, adding mail addresses, ...), though rather superficially. All those create records if the function fails, but there I'd say it is tolerable, because I'm recording the acceptance for me only, not for another person (the Assuree) like during an Assurance.
It looks like users_agreements will grow rather quickly, at least one record for each issued certificate... :-\
Assurance Points. I would have expected to receive an error, something
like "You are only allowed to issue 20 points".
If this is a bug (it may be a feature... ;)) I'd consider it a very
minor one.
this has nothing to do with my patches i think ... but think about the
mini-top in munich ... therefore i would not fix/change it ...
Yes, I did assume so.
Another thing just occured to me, should we add something like a "What's this?"- or "How to fill out this form."-link to the Assurance page? It could point to a WiKi-page explaining in more detail what each of this fields and checkboxes would mean and when to tick them (or not)?
Just an idea which might perhaps reduce traffic for support...
Ted
