Hi,

I'm trying to get an test system up&running from the source code that 
can be obtained from http://www.cacert.org/src-lic.php.

Quite some things are running already, but it seems that I need some 
more hints to get the remaining stuff working.

I can create new accounts (including email verification) & create client 
certificates, but they do not get signed. Seems there is an background 
job or even different server which updates certificates in the database? 
Can someone shed some light on how this is intended to work?
