A VM provided by Sonance on its machine located in Vienna, Funkfeuer is 
the hosting provider.  Funkfeuer is the same hosting provider as the 
CAcert machines enjoyed during December 2007 to September 2008.  VM is 
provided for no cost.

Not sure;  what is the problem with test1 that you are trying to solve?

(I don't know how the signing server similation is set up...)

General feeling is that there is no doco and there is a lot of hacking 
and grunting and sweating to get it going.  It's either a trial by fire 
or a proof of manhood.  I can't pick coz I never tried :)  Doco would be 
very helpful, but I guess we need to ask the successful runners of these 
things for how that is done.
