Probably was a touch loosely worded. My thinking was that our projects
loosely
fall within the ISOC mission, goals and major strategic initiatives.

What work do people want done?
Ernie put together this list http://wiki.cacert.org/OverviewProjectsBoard
Who can defined this down into smaller milestones and think of a way ISOC can
fund it. Details are important - like identifying people.
Keep in mind "Preference will be given to projects and research over events"
http://www.isoc.org/isoc/chapters/projects/criteria.php - Methodology.
Define your idea and we'll see if we can improve on it if its lacking in
detail.
Start on a wiki page if you want.
8 days to go.
