I haven't seen any project proposals or hints that anyone is interested. The 
time to the deadline means a big effort will be needed to meet this. I'm 
happy 
to help review and work with anyone wanting to do a proposal.

Even if you don't think you can make this deadline how about letting us know 
your ideas so next time an opportunity comes up we can utilise other 
organisations generosity to further our cause.
