a test server in an undefined state ...
undef state of repository 
undef state of environment

thats why the new Software-Assessment project team steps away
from this system ... as its in an uncontrolled, undef state ...
A new testserver has been built up from scratch
(built by the critical team, as identical to the production
system, w/o the database content)
