Hi,

on reviewing bug#934
I see no potential fix that solves the reported problem

I can confirm that the problem persists, but I see no chance
how to fix it.

example:
with an org added "Bug 934 GmbH"
i can check if an org "Bug 934 GmbH" exists (case-insensitive)
but if an org "Bug #934 GmbH" still exist the check will fail

and dupe contact email ...
I know about the CEO of my company that he is CEO for several companies
(!)
So preventing adding the same contact email to different
companies will block CEO's for different companies.

so only dupe checking of org name remains.
and this will only a halfway check of an exact match
