1st review done, fixed a typo, otherwise acceptable.
For my curiosity, why is the link to Wikipedia on name suffixes removed?

suffixes leads the new user to add anything that is listed under
wiki/suffixes

this is wrong !
AP rule for CAcert is to allow only names or name parts that can
be verified with a govermental issued photo id, and this limits
the suffix usage to only a few ... especialy where countries
allows titles to be added into the name field

Understood and agreed.

First quick test, opened the "Join" page, looks ok, link works.
Wouldn't it be better to do the link without protocl spec
(//wiki.cacert.otg/...
instead of http://wiki.cacert.org/...)?
yup ...
missed to follow this new usage for links
so please feel free to fix it, thnx

Done, see note in Mantis.
