We have a test system where you can make as many accounts as you like:
https://cacert1.it-sls.de
The colours are a little bit different than the normal website so one
does not confuse the two and there may be bug fixes present there that
are not yet in production but apart from that it should be the same and
good enough for screen shot purposes.

Just register there like you would do on the normal website and then log
into https://ca-mgr1.it-sls.de, with the credentials you just registered
with, to read the confirmation mail and click the confirmation link. If
you want to get the account assured you can also use the "Automated
Assurance" there (under "Manage Account") and if you want to enable any
extra functionality that's also possible there ("Set Flags").
