The basic document is a LaTeX file. There is wiki software out there
that is able to handle this, but I don't have the time to set it up and
am not aware of any turn-key solutions. We could wikify it (convert the
LaTeX markup to wiki syntax) to make it possible to work on it after the
thesis is done but that is a one-way street there is no convenient way
to keep the documents in sync especially if the changes are not local in
some way.
