That will be kind of hard as those are not formally published anywhere.
Once it's finished I could upload them so you at least have an URL but
still that's not like a scientifically hard reference. For the moment
even the thesis is not ready so the following BibTeX reference would fit:

        author = {Michael T{\"a}nzer},
        note = {Work in progress},

I don't know how well the term "study thesis" fits. The problem with
different school/university systems is that there is no 1-on-1
translation. It essentially is a scientific paper on an topic that you
can choose to be admitted for writing the diploma thesis. It is not
based on a course or seminar or anything it's really like a small
diploma thesis but does not directly lead to a degree. "Senior thesis"
or "student research paper" are also candidates.
