Hi everyone,

when doing Arbitration Cases I always seem out-of-date with things Support Engineers can do using the Support Console and what they cannot do.
Therefor I tried to summarize the features of the Support Console from an Arbitrator's point of view in https://wiki.cacert.org/Arbitrations/Training/Appendix02

This document is based on examining the Support Console on the testserver https://cacert1.it-sls.de, so it may include features which are not yet installed in the production system.

There may be further things that can be achieved when the correct tricks or magic (mouse-)guestures are known, so I'd appreceate very much if some Support Engineers could have a look at the page and comment or extend it.
Also it's missing a link to the description of the console for Support Engineers, I did not find the time to research that yet...

And, being at it, it would be a great thing if the Software Asessment group could update the page if new features for the Support Console are implemented, at least if they are considered relevant for Arbitration purposes. :-)

Kind regards
Ted
;)
