Hi!

Very few people (at least here at Cologne) have announced their offer as 
assurers on www.cacert.eu. Therefore I still think that it would be better to 
have the possibility for multiple locations also on cacert.org. 

At least there should be a way to get aware of www.cacert.eu and similar 
sites
