Not currently. The English version should be the more recent one.

Those are (usually marked in green) the ones that are already completed.

The ones to do are usually in (dark and medium dark) blue with labels
"needs testing" and "needs testing and review". There should normally be
test instructions; if they are missing you may include a comment adding
them (or ask for clarifications).

Currently according to https://bugs.cacert.org/view_all_bug_page.php
sorted by state I see: #1343, #1393, #1394, #1379, #1316, #649, ...

(The issues #1042-#1064 are done so far, but tests there can't hurt, as
the underlaying change in #1042 affecting them all could still get some
more eyes to look at it - thus basically one full test run of the test
server).
