Hi,

There is a bug on that topic open:

we worked on this bug and managed to test it but currently no review is 
possible and therefor no inclusion in master.
For now you can only see our new installation instructions here:
https://github.com/magujs/cacert-devel/commit/e45cfafa70427a0c3b85aad0e8cfe23d3d0374c5

They were executed on a clean debian-linux-container. We managed to get 
most things working.
We did not yet try to make the signer working. All other things should work.
