Dear Developers, Dear Board, Dear Community,

following recent events, and the path taken by Saturday's SGM, I cannot
guarantee any more that orders given by Board are valid and founded on
legal ground. As such, in order to protect the Software Team and its
members from harm, all activity will be limited to only the bare minimum
required under Security Policy (SP) in order to handle emergency actions
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

The Software Team, and all of its members, are to judge independent of
other teams when deciding the criticality and urgency of any individual
issue. Coordination should be done with the Critical Administrators
Team, to ensure processed emergency patches won't pile up. Currently no
such issues warranting processing under SP are in the queue.

In particular the current stack of issues, including in particular bugs
1412 and 1212, will thus currently not be processed. The decision for
those named issues lies with the Critical Administrators Team and will
thus be accepted for the time being.

This state of affairs will continue until further notice given unanimous
by the whole Software Assessment Team.
