hello,

an empty database can be created by following our documentation 
(somewhere) using

        http://www.cacert.org/sqldump.php

but ... to make it usable for testing you need to bootstrap it by adding 
(at least) one user with additional rights (support-access).

you'll then be able to create additional users, "fake" their answer to 
email-ping and assure these by being a super-assurer ... ;-)

(well ... some more settings within the database need to be set, but 
these i can't remember ...)

maybe somebody is able to create a mysql-bootstrap-script ... ;-)

(as there are sometimes database-changes, this would be a better way 
than stripping the testserver-database ... at least from my point-of-view)
