Thank you, Jan.

I had attempted to check out your branch myself, but was not able to until I
followed your instructions.

I then tried to do a diff between my new branch from Release and your branch,
but there were almost 500 differences in "includes/account.php," all but a
very few being white-space differences, so I manually copied my few lines of
changes, instead.

Now I need to get myself a running copy of the code ( probably by downgrading
the Apache and PHP that I have installed in my development machine, if
possible ) and a working database, and I will be able to start seeing if my
10-line bug fix will work.
