If there is any issue we can simply ask the person to re-verify
themselves or face loosing points, if they are the same person they
should be able to prove it at any time in the future.
Storing copies of ID for a number of reasons is a bad idea, mostly
privacy of the person, not to mention that having the assurer store the
ID doesn't gain much "fox guarding the hen house"
