Thanks for the explanation.

Ok, then I agree that we should install a new ADR-Officer now, 
and either our support team or the ADR-Officer could also be the Case Manager 
in the beginning. 
We can then see, how it will work out later on.

Ok, is anyone on the list here interested in becoming ADR-Officer?
