Name the CAs whatever you want. Ensure the CPS notes which cert class the
names correspond to. An audit test is to determine if the CA claims
assurance class/level, using a class/level scheme that the intended RP
community is able to comprehend.

If you have a look at the wiki page, this is what we are doing.
Excepted we have dropped the class1 class3 naming and replaced by CAcert
Member (formerly class1) CAcert Assured Member (formerly class3)
