Ummmm from memory a lot of that stuff is just numbers, and it's very
hard to make a copyright and/or trademark cases for numbers, even in the
US many have tried and failed, eg 486 -> Pentium.

These sort of cases tend to get the EFF et al involved as well, if and
when it goes to court.
