where the certificate information is collected if provided by the user. Logs
are retained for approximately a year (+- 1 week).
lists.cacert.org also stores a full certificate for S/MIME authentication and
can be used when encrypted emails are sent to a list. These are removed on
expiry,
email logs store email addresses for ~1 year.
other X509 certificate authentication services use similar logs to
lists.cacert.org
