Actually nowhere, it is a proposal based on COD 11, and as a consequence
of COD 11.DE and COD 11.NL, therefore COD 11.CH seems logical. My guess
was, that Philipp Dunkel as Documentation Officer according to COD 3,
1.2. would agree on that and thus it is presented here.

Both as asked above, according to COD 3, 1.2. for the request for
approval of COD 11.CH as WIP and as well request for approval the Report
about the Swiss Trade Registry Office, what will become part of COD 11.CH
