Ohhhh!

Obviously I was completely misunderstanding the conversation.  I thought that 
I had read in this thread that CAcert was to stop issuing Class 3 
certificates, as well as ( possibly ) removing the Class 3 root certificate, 
by the request of these universities.

So they do want CAcert to issue them with Class 3 certificates?


I think I'm still confused.


What is the actual request and proposed response?
