I have just now scanned and updated the voting on this motion, in preparation for tonight's board meeting:

============
 Aye: Daniel Black, Philipp Dunkel, Guillaume Romagny, Pieter

 Middle:  Tomáš Trnka, Dominik, Morten, Alexander.

 Nay: Iang, RaoulXavierBoerlage, Gero, Mario
============

Also, because of uncertainties, I've created (ad hoc) a "middle" category for these people: Tomáš, Dominik, Morten, Aledander, who have all commented, but I can't clearly capture the vote as AYE/Naye.

If you could all clarify your position, that would be good.

Tomáš, your position might be better clarified if you look at this from the CH team:

I suggest, because of the board meeting tonight with this topic included:

   * we do not change the text of the motion..
* we declare this motion closed as of when that discussion starts (likely around 23:00 UTC).
   * present the results of motion as an indication to the board meeting.
* start any new motions early next week, including the info gathered and learnt so far (board info, plan upcoming, new text of motion, etc).

Does that sound reasonable?
