Coming in a bit late :), but I'd like to ask one question before voting: what's the planned term for this draft before it moves to policy? Just re-reading PoP, which mentions something about pre-announcing the term of draft status:

4.5 The period of the DRAFT status is announced widely, which should be at least a month and no longer than a year.
