Community members,
On the last board meeting (just finished) the plan was to decide a root
escrow
method (as was the previous meeting).
As you can see from the log here your board was slack again.

The general findings are that most proposals contained insufficient detail to
assess. The one that wasn't *, mine, seemed to be briefly read and
philosophical opinions of security and auditors opinion were used as reasons
to object to it.

The outcome was that Mark wanted to write an alternate proposal this week and
then both will go to board motion next week. If you'd like to enhance an
existing proposal feel free.
I encourage you all to put up your constructive comments on what you like and
dislike about the more complete proposals (on wiki) with what you perceive
could be a viable improvement.

I'm happy to answer questions about my proposal. I hope no-one is off put
from
putting work up for review.
Note: * sorry if you though you had a full plan. If you did I didn't see all
of it in what the proponents described. You have this week to rectify it if
you want. I'm quite happy to push any other complete proposal though for
board
vote.
