It was a good post!  It pretty much covered my points in long written form.

I've just added two comments...

It would be helpful if others can post and express their notions.  It's 
not really plausible for one person to do this alone, which is probably 
why Sascha failed to impress them last year.

Now that we know where it is to post, that helps a lot!
