Currently, there is a big gaping hole in CCA - what happens in the event of
the death of a member - this is a fallout from the appeal case that
triggered the DRP mods. Review of this issue is (subject to the Supervising
Arbitrator's approval) going to be placed as an action on this group. 

So I'd suggest CCA may be the next place to go - I agree with Werner in
terms of can it be split into a number of steps; clearing down the
non-contentious bits may be a good "first move".
