Greetings dear hearts,
As I recall, at a meeting last year the outgoing Board declined to appoint a
Policy Officer. Perhaps the Policy Group should either ask the new Board to
reconsider this, or decide to appoint one of our number to take on that
role.
It does seem to me that having an individual tasked with the role of keeping
track of policy decisions, promulgating them effectively via the CACert
website/wiki and ensuring that matters which arise are discussed and decided
upon by the Policy Group is a Good Idea.
'God so loved the world that He did not send a committee' :)
Hugs from Megan
