Dear board, policy group, Arbitrators,

based on the recent rulings in Arbitration (a20160913.1 and a20161128.1)
which from my perspective drastically disrespect

a) our policies (especially DRP 3.5)

b) legal fairness and

c) threaten independence of arbitration area

I hereby resign from any further activity in CAcert. I advise any other
member to stop any activity in CAcert as well, as it is questionable if
CAcert arbitration is able to work and would be accepted by any local
courts.
