sounds like its potentally a database performance problem.
Given this guy Arjen http://openquery.com.au/company/people is on irc as
arjenAU and is a huge cacert supporter you could just ask for a few tips.
I've actually done his performance tuning course though am a touch short on
time.
I'm hoping someone has been though
