Hello,
Not sure whether this is the correct list for reporting this config
problem...
When downloading the DER-format Cacert root certificate from the site,
it is served as mime type text/plain
However, some devices such as the Nokia E61i want it as
application/x-x509-ca-cert , or else they will just try to display it as
text.
Note: the PEM certificates are served using the correct mime type, but
unfortunately, my Nokia doesn't understand PEM
The solution for me was to download the DER certificate to a local web
server, configure the correct mimetype, and download it to my Nokia from
there.
It would however be simpler for everybody if the type was already
correct on cacert.org to begin with
Thanks
Alain
