Can I ask you when things are more concrete to put forward issues on
decisions to be taken, actions to be initiated, or concrete questions to
be answered for some of the related CAcert bodies as eg
critical system team?

As eg for:
Oophaga team (e.g. weekly backup physical action, separate machines for
data base, or hot systems availability, etc will imply new resources to
be explored for and so costs).
board (decisions, contract changes and cost recovery)
HR resource acquisition

I would like to see some priorisation as we will not be able to cover
all issues raised.

This is a good start point for system admin advises however.
