CAcert System Admins discussion list

Because of the recent discussion about moving the test1 from the current 
situation in USA to perhaps a VM in Vienna, I've jotted down the notes here:

This is a bit unusual as although it is a System, it is run by the 
SoftwareDevelopmentTeam not the SystemAdministration groups.  Or so I am 
told.

That system is up and going.  The listed admins should contact me 
privately for access, elsewise I'll throw it up for lottery :)
