Guys,

Some new terms are evolving for the Security Policy & Manual. These are the ones that have been suggested so far:

   Oophaga people ==> "Access Engineers"

   "non-critical systems" ==>

      infrastructure?
      business support?
      operations?

Also, a noun to describe the support people.

   Supporters?
   Persons?
   Administrators?
   Handholders?
   Just Nice Guys?
   Facilitators?
   Support Engineers?

Or what? This will be for the Security Policy, in which the Support team will operate to Section 8:
