A member has quite rightly pointed out that web forums are more useful and
accessible in some ways than email lists.
While some may disagree that its not as useful for them that others have a
large barrier to using a cacert-support email list.
Popular sites like http://forums.mozillazine.org/index.php or
http://forums.devnetwork.net/ certainly show how a community can be developed.
So does anyone want to setup a web forum site?
Is there infrastructure available anywhere?
(and I haven't got board approval yet so this isn't a definite)
