CAcert System Admins discussion list

I'm still looking for somewhere to put a real issue tracking system
like RT or JIRA, primarily for OA. A real wiki ala MediaWiki would be
good too for eg policy development via talk pages. Supporting
infrastructure like this and perhaps the web servers could probably do
with a new home. A decent server with vservers would be perfect.
