At first look that is cool, but the first problem (as I told you on
a mail yesterday) the "Listed: %u" part is out of sync.

e.g. https://www.cacert.org/wot.php?id=1

it claims 3 in the country, 1 in the region, 1 in the town BUT 4 are
listed ;-)

I assume the tree is cached for performance reasons, but It has not
been updated in at least 1 year.

On the other hand that only supposed to be the lists assurers, the
interesting numbers I think are:

p == 0
100 > p > 0
151 > p > 100 and not CATS
151 > p > 100 and CATS
p > 150 and not CATS
p > 150 and CATS
