Hi all,

We at Hobbynet had the same problem yesterday, almost all of our server
when't into thermal shutdown. But after the cooling was restored they didn't
turn them selfs back on.

Today I made an adjustment in the bios, and now is the cooling is restored
the server it wil turn itself backup on.

Don't know if the Cacert hardware has this feature, maybe this needs to be
checkt out.

yes there was one cool unit down there at 12:30. When it went up an hour
later there was a fire alarm. As action point on that that cool unit
went down. And when there is a fire alarm you do not want to be in that
machine room as the air is immediately replaced with something without
oxygen....
If you want to you can see the server room see http://www.bit.nl. They
have a webcam by which you can see the CAcert rack at BIT2 ...
Everything seems to run now again. However access to wiki machine was
blocked for me: too many users....

phone, as it has been done today. As well I got several emails saying
that something was wrong. Clearly a lot of backup info was put in place.
