The actual outage turned out to be much shorter than expected: we shut down
the old signing server at 14:30 CEST, and the signing service was resumed by
the new signing server arounf 16:00 CEST, i.e. a downtime of only 1.5 hours.
So far the migration process appears to have been a complete success.
