A quick peek at both you examples show a space in the target (comma Arsenal, not commaArsenal). If you try those links with an underscore where the space fits they work.

Yesterday all WORKED and today everything is DEAD.

Why does page wiki links not working anymore?

Nor from wiki intern nor from extern?

Examples at random - All NOT working:

http://wiki.cacert.org/comma#commaArsenal

I did page refresh in browser and also did shut down an restart browser [1]
Result: All not working

Could you fix this mistake in due time, please?
Until then this mistake will be fixed?

These links are very important in terms of user friendliness for
CAcert.org newbies and for ease of use for CAcert.org Members and
longterm Committers!
