Dear Joost
For the moment (20090915-23:00), when trying to access cacert.org wiki,
I get this message (without even working on it!):
Warning:
You triggered the wiki's surge protection by doing too many requests in
a short time.
Please make a short break reading the stuff you already got.
When you restart doing requests AFTER that, slow down or you might get
locked out for a longer time!
You have made your "quick peek" at 20090915-18:48 and now it is
20090915-23:00 - So I can't try it.
Anyhow, I will have a look at it, when it is up and running again.
BTW - Yesterday links worked without underscored space. Agree, yesterday
is yesterday.
Conclusion 1: I have to wait and see, when I can work on the wiki again.
Conclusion 2: An early warning on the various e-mail lists (e.g.:
cacert AT lists.cacert.org,
cacert-members AT lists.cacert.org
and or as well
cacert-de AT lists.cacert.org)
would be appreciated. So people are aware in
due time, that "something" is going on and how long it will take
approximately and thus, can plan their personal time. The same procedure
like Wytze and his guys are doing in signing server related stuff.
Conclusion 3: And of course, an e-mail on the same lists, when things
are up and running again. Maybe adding some explanatory lines would show
competence and caring about community. No individual mails please.
