Perhaps, perhaps not. We should change it to something like 8 hours now.
Then we should still notice if it fails, but it would also go up again
automatically if we aren't available within 8 hours.

Feel free to write the blog post.
By the way, there is still an issue with Opera, in that it delays
connections to webservers for 15 seconds that are using CAcert
certificates. That problem is unrelated to OCSP.
