Hi,

I succeeded to replace the 2 utilities locale-gen and localedef and to
regenerate the locales on www.cacert.org, which makes the translation
system work again!

I still have the following problem with 2 locales:
bg_BG.CP1251...LC_MONETARY: value of field `int_curr_symbol' does not
correspond to a valid name in ISO 4217  done
bg_BG.UTF-8...LC_MONETARY: value of field `int_curr_symbol' does not
correspond to a valid name in ISO 4217  done
ru_RU.ISO-8859-5...LC_MONETARY: value of field `int_curr_symbol' does
not correspond to a valid name in ISO 4217  done
ru_RU.KOI8-R...LC_MONETARY: value of field `int_curr_symbol' does not
correspond to a valid name in ISO 4217  done
ru_RU.UTF-8...LC_MONETARY: value of field `int_curr_symbol' does not
correspond to a valid name in ISO 4217  done

Best regards,
Philipp Gühring
