Support people,
Are you happy with this arrangement?
This is fine by me, we can certainly try it.
great. I'm happy for password to be given out as a credit advance.
I guess I'm happy to see an unwritten and untested patch in exchange for a credit advance :)
Thanks guys I am more then ready to start testing the PHP/IDN patch I have my
own test server.
OK, where is the patch? Have you uploaded it to the bugs.cacert.org?
Elite, you have to forward the request for the password resetting to the support AT cacert.org team.
A couple of tips. Before you do that, try to use the system to check your 5 "secret questions". Then the SE will authenticate you using those.
Bear in mind that the re-setting of the password is a security issue, and the "payment" is not actually the only thing that goes on.
I really do need to recovery my password so i can make a new ssl cert. for my
irc server.
This is all the info I remember that i used to register, email:
admin AT lazy-net.org
d.o.b ( for some reason i think i made one up cause i did not remember the
correct d.o.b to use)
OK, if the account has zero points, then I think it is possible for you to change this. You should set the real one.
If the account does not have zero points, then it has to go to arbitration. Unfortunately, for reasons too boring to go into, we need the right one.
I do not remember what 5 questions i used.
It should tell you what questions you used; try them. Then the Support Engineer can see what you did, and fix it. It of course takes time, but this is our way to authenticate you.
