Would it not be better to ask the still available sysadmins
for these systems first? According to https://community.cacert.org/staff.php,

  lists.cacert.org is administered by Christopher Hoth

To my knowledge there are no systems completely without sysadmin.
What is lacking though is an infrastructure sysadmin team leader.
